We want you to be happy with Osseo. If you're not satisfied with your Osseo Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase or renewal date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds for Osseo subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all Osseo orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Open the order and choose "Request a refund".
  3. Or contact our support team and we'll initiate the refund for you.

Once approved, refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What's covered

The 30-day guarantee applies to first-time Osseo Pro purchases and to each renewal. Outside the 30-day window, refunds are handled in line with the Paddle Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection law.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
